Cabin floors are finally down

This weekend we were finally able to get the flooring down in the cabin. About the most difficult in getting the floor installed was clearing out all of the tools and building supplies from the cabin, itself. Once we got everything cleared out, the flooring was relatively simply to install. It was certainly easier than putting up both the ceiling panels and the wall panelling. And, wow, what a difference. The cabin is looking more like a home.

We'll now start to move into the cabin and start living in it and pick up our migration from the RV. We still have the walls on the kitchen side to do and start work on the bathroom, too. But, now that we have have a somewhat completed living area in the cabin, this will help pick up the motivation to get things done.

It's looking good and we're quite please with our progress over the last year. Hard to comprehend that we have been here a year (on June 30th) already.

Blessings!
